This tool is intended to tangibly and objectively address the following issues: • Absence of systematic and standardized assessment of the methods used during the program delivery in Adult Education. • Shortage of knowledge about the adjustment of Adult Education policies to the identified specific needs of the participants. • Lack of a vision on whether EA coordinators provide the necessary equipment to carry out EA programmes. • Insufficient information on whether countries take measures to ensure the optimal selection of Adult Education professionals and their competencies. What purpose does this tool solve? • This tool aims to evaluate the methods used during the Adult Education Programme delivery and their adjustment to the identified specific needs of participants. • The tool will also assess if coordinators adequately provide the necessary equipment to deliver the adult education programme at all levels of government. • The interview will determine whether the country adopted the requirements to ensure the proper selection of trainers and their competencies in its adult education policies. • This tool pretends to evaluate the adult education training and programmes delivery.
