Welcome to the CREATE2Evaluate project website. It features resources and materials collected and created with the help of the Erasmus+ Programme of the EU. These two projects are concerned with promoting improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of adult education policies. At the website's heart is the Toolbox, which can be found under TOOLS. It offers a selection of useful tools that can help structure the policy process. So far it contains materials for Policy Formulation, Implementation, Programme Planning and Evaluation. During the course of this project the partnership will develop additional, new tools for Evaluation which will also be available through the Toolbox.
Other resources relating to policy evaluation will become available as they are developed; this includes a report on the results of mapping activities and a Green Paper with recommendations on how to further promote evaluation as a means to create more effective policies.
Lastly, the Community offers a place for agents involved in policy making to connect and exchange experiences, ideas, information.
